Once purchased, our courses, or services cannot be canceled and are non-refundable. The completion certificate will only be issued once and in the name of the candidate attending the complete course or any other services after passing the required examination or completing the given assignment (whichever is applicable).
If a candidate fails to attend the course or services, he/she will be marked absent and no extended access will be provided over above the mentioned validity of modules/lessons. The candidate is also not eligible for a refund. Any batch transfers, refunds or cancellations are at the discretion of EduLec.

Since we sell digital goods, we are unable to provide refunds once the files are delivered, however, if the files do not work or you face any issues in opening them or watching our course videos please contact us at [email protected]
If we are unable to provide resolutions for the problems you are facing in opening/playing the files, you can request a detailed mail within 7 days of the purchase. After the 7-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to watch the demo and read the details on our website before purchasing the courses. In case we are unable to help with your technical issue, a FULL refund will be initiated. This is applicable only to technical issues.
